![]() CITATION CITATION In case anyone is wondering - Had to make an adjustment here. It came to my attention today that another minor patch release for WoW is likely in the next few days or week, and that release will occupy the "1.9.2" name. In order to avoid disrupting the tight schedule for that patch, it is likely that the Mac universal binary release will be called "1.9.3" instead of "1.9.2". In more concrete terms we are aiming to have this patch available for Mac by the end of January. Apologies for any confusion based on my post from this morning - as I am presently here at Macworld and away from the Blizzard mothership, I wasn't fully up to date on the plan. The development of the PPC/x86 universal binary has been underway for some months, we're not seeing any last minute bugs or anything like that; this was a simple scheduling conflict that we are adjusting to. Unless the plan shifts again, 1.9.2 will be the last PowerPC-only version and 1.9.3 will be the vehicle for PPC/x86 support. More information as it becomes available.
